Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a healing treatment method for improvement of the body and mind. Handed down through direct lineage from the founder Mikao Usui, this form of healing can be used as an alternative treatment method for many physical or mental ailments.
Sessions can target specific treatment or work towards general overall health improvement. The mental aspect of Reiki healing can work with addictions, or other undesirable habitual behaviors.
This healing modality is extremely powerful over time. Session packages are recommended for the most effective results.

Reiki Levels I and II Class Descriptions
Level I teaches the basic techniques for learning to use the ancient healing art of Reiki. Reiki is a style of energy healing that anyone can learn how to use. It is a method of healing that uses light touch with hands on healing, or can be used from a short distance. The client who is receiving the energy treatment may feel relaxed, less pain, stress reduction, healing, or a combination of these benefits. The person giving the treatment also receives benefits from the positive energy and will learn methods for self-treatment as a part of this course.
Level II teaches Reiki techniques more in depth including the use of sacred symbols to enhance the power of the healing energy. Treatment methods for helping support coping with addiction and quitting habits are a part of this training. Other types of mental and emotional treatments are introduced. Healing over long distances is taught and practiced as an enhancement to in person sessions, or to be used as a separate modality.
